| Cynthia Vaughn |
Cynthia has eight years of experience in communications and marketing. Running a small shop operation for a regional campus of Indiana University, Cynthia gained insight to every aspect of the communication and marketing field. Her knowledge and skills cover everything from advertising to publications, from public relations to speech writing, from Web site management and graphic design to event planning.
With the desire to be at home more for her son Cody and a craving to run her own business, Cynthia created Creative Vibes Marketing in November 2006 with the hope of helping small business owners like herself realize the American dream of being their own boss.
Cynthia completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University in 2000.
In addition to running her own business, Cynthia plays a major role in advertising, publications and copywriting as well as assists with electronic communications for Lee Taft Speed Academy in Queensbury, New York and Sports Speed, Etc., Inc. in New Castle, Ind. |

| Jennifer Taft, e-commerce and strategic marketing advisor |
Although Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Athletic Training from Indiana University and an extensive background as a Certified Athletic Trainer, she has quickly evolved into an e-commerce guru. Jennifer advises on the daily operations of the Web site and provides valuable input on the marketing of Creative Vibes services.
In addition to her role at Creative Vibes, Jennifer is also co-owner and Director of Business Development for Sports Speed, Etc., Inc. and Lee Taft Speed Academy, Inc. She oversees the production and distribution of all marketing materials, as well as managing all company Web sites. She is also the CFO of both companies. |

Cody wears many hats at Creative Vibes. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of the wants and needs of Generation Y and provides a fresh prospective from the young generation’s point of view. He is often the first to hear many ideas and has no problem voicing his opinions. Although he is only a freshman in high school, he takes his involvement in the family business serious and is always eager to participate in the creative process. His fresh and youthful perspective is refreshing and adds zest to the team. Cody has recently started learning more about Web site design and enjoys helping out on small Web projects. |
